Leads North American risk underwriting for a trade credit insurance portfolio, including credit limit decisions, risk appetite, portfolio monitoring, data strategy, governance, and profitable growth. Manages a 24-person regional team, develops underwriting talent, oversees productivity, participates in deal committees, and partners with senior stakeholders and clients across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Lead product strategy and North America GTM execution across Coface solutions. Adapt global offerings for the NA market, manage launches, track product KPIs, drive cross-sell/upsell, coordinate partnerships, create enablement materials, and provide competitive and market intelligence to inform product and commercial strategy.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients and intermediaries, drive retention and renewals, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, analyze portfolio performance using CRM and BI tools, prepare proposals and business reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
