The role maps inefficient workflows, builds AI and no-code solutions, develops Metabase dashboards, identifies data gaps, supports product launches, evaluates AI tools, and documents processes. It partners with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and operational leaders to improve efficiency, decision-making, accuracy, and capacity without adding headcount.

Generate outbound pipeline by targeting CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders across Latin America. Design multichannel campaigns, use AI and automation for research, personalization, prioritization, and follow-up, and build workflows connecting data, CRM, enrichment, and outreach tools. Manage HubSpot and Amplemarket, test messaging and channels, analyze results, and create repeatable outbound playbooks. Partner with AEs, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to scale the sales engine.

Design performance marketing assets and conversion experiences across Latin America, including ads, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, and conversion flows. Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, build scalable Figma systems, run visual QA, and develop automated workflows. Partner with Paid Media to analyze CTR, CVR, CAC, and testing results, then iterate designs across multiple markets, languages, and formats.

Own and improve credit risk methodologies, predictive models, portfolio analytics, regulatory credit-loss models, and risk monitoring. The role partners with operations, finance, and data teams to evaluate model performance, maintain risk MIS, enhance credit decision-making, improve processes, and communicate recommendations to leadership. It requires strong Latin American credit risk expertise, advanced SQL, data visualization, predictive analytics, regulatory knowledge, and experience with model monitoring and portfolio management.

Provide operational legal support: draft and review contracts and NDAs, advise Sales/Finance/Operations, ensure compliance with Colombian data protection and AML rules, manage regulatory communications and pre-litigation matters, maintain legal records, and align local practices with global Legal team.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports, perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and anomalies, ensure data integrity with engineers and data scientists, automate reporting, and translate complex datasets into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
