Own Clara’s Prism design system across web and mobile, including foundations, tokens, components, patterns, guidance, governance, adoption, and releases. Build AI-enabled design tooling, agents, workflows, and evaluations; prototype in code and contribute through pull requests. Define native mobile patterns, ensure accessibility and visual consistency, measure system adoption and speed, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, product, and AI stakeholders.

People Partner leading people strategy for Product, Design, and Sales teams in Colombia. Responsibilities include HRBP consulting, full-cycle recruiting, talent attraction and retention, employer branding, performance metrics, People Analytics, organizational development, and employee experience initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills in a fast-paced technology environment, plus fluency in English and experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar tools.

Build and maintain Clara’s QA automation platform, including Playwright frameworks, backend APIs, fullstack internal tools, test reporting, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations. Develop reliable, reusable automation infrastructure, reduce test flakiness, support AI-assisted test generation, and collaborate with QA and product engineering teams on testability, code quality, documentation, and adoption.

Provides organization-level technical leadership while remaining a hands-on software engineer. Owns cross-team architecture, engineering standards, technical strategy, mentorship, incident response, reliability, and production delivery. Designs scalable, secure, highly available systems and influences teams through code, RFCs, architecture reviews, and pairing. Requires deep backend or frontend expertise, full-stack reasoning, strong testing and CI/CD practices, and 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Own Clara’s QA automation strategy, frameworks, quality standards, and CI/CD integration across web, API, and mobile products. Design and maintain Playwright-based automation, establish coverage and reliability standards, guide test-data and API testing practices, and drive observability and failure triage. Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams on adoption and release confidence. Mentor QA engineers and developers, make framework decisions, and provide technical leadership without formal people-management responsibility.

Lead internal developer platform design, CI/CD standardization, AWS FinOps, and production Kubernetes operations. Manage EKS, Kafka/MSK, observability, incident response, infrastructure as code, cloud security, compliance, backup and recovery, and secure software development practices. Advise engineering teams on architecture and technical debt, apply AI to operational automation, improve reliability metrics, and mentor developers adopting internal tooling.

Develop and maintain credit risk models for origination, behavioral risk, underwriting, and portfolio management across Latin America. Own the full modeling lifecycle, including feature engineering, validation, backtesting, monitoring, calibration, and implementation. Analyze large financial datasets using Python and SQL, monitor portfolio and model performance, address data quality and selection bias, and translate analytical findings into credit strategies. Collaborate with Risk, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.

Lead the evolution of Clara’s core card-processing infrastructure across issuing, card lifecycles, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and stablecoin payment flows. Own discovery, prioritization, execution, and metrics for verticals including travel, fleet, and corporate cards. Collaborate with engineering, finance, compliance, operations, processors, and network partners. Use GitHub, SQL, Metabase, and AI tools to prototype, analyze performance, and ship scalable platform capabilities.
