Serves as a primary customer contact by phone and email, resolving inquiries, processing orders and account updates, maintaining records, balancing truck inventory, and coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Logistics. Lead and optimize global Workday Payroll implementations and integrations, act as payroll HRIS SME, partner with HR/Finance/IT/vendors, drive testing, releases, security, reporting, mentor HRIS team, and support continuous Workday improvement.

Lead design, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation and long-term incentive programs for C-suite and NEOs. Oversee equity plan administration, compensation analysis, SEC compliance, Board and Compensation Committee support, vendor management, cross-functional partnership, and lead the Executive Compensation and Equity Administration team.

Partner with Technology, Internal Audit, and external stakeholders to design, implement, and validate IT controls (ITGCs, automated controls). Lead SOX remediation, define action plans, track resolutions, and provide risk-focused advisory on system implementations and process changes to improve control maturity.

The Senior Internal Auditor leads operational audits, assesses risks, enhances internal controls, and collaborates with stakeholders on improvements.

Support enterprise technology projects by planning, tracking, and reporting; maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation; identify risks and issues; coordinate stakeholders and Agile ceremonies; prepare status communications; and ensure governance, deliverable tracking, and cross-team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
