Develops regional commercial growth across rare earth, recycling, magnet, manufacturing, and industrial markets. Responsibilities include sourcing feedstock, securing supply and offtake agreements, managing strategic accounts, negotiating complex contracts, identifying partnerships, monitoring market intelligence, and representing the company with customers, suppliers, associations, government, and research stakeholders across multiple western U.S. states.

Supports the Account Executive by managing customer and supplier accounts, qualifying leads, coordinating quotes and orders, maintaining CRM records, tracking pipelines and forecasts, and facilitating commercial activity for rare earth recycling feedstock. The role coordinates with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, source materials, and build long-term industrial partnerships across the western United States.

Coordinates capital procurement from requisition through delivery, including RFQs, purchase orders, vendor documentation, ERP records, milestone tracking, expediting, logistics updates, project actions, approvals, and reporting. Supports vendor onboarding, commercial correspondence, process improvements, procurement metrics, workflow standardization, and ERP enhancements. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Support development, commissioning, and optimization of an Arizona rare-earth recycling plant. Lead process engineering for metal recovery, develop operating philosophies and feedstock recipes, run process simulations and mass/energy balances, support safety reviews (HAZID/HAZOP), perform CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs, equipment specification, commissioning, RCFA, reliability improvements, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, suppliers, and Process Technology.
