Partner with Account Executives on complex North American enterprise deals. Lead discovery, solution strategy, value-based storytelling, executive engagement, tailored demonstrations, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses. Advise prospects on hosting, security, authentication, integrations, architecture, risk, and feasibility. Influence commercial decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor peers, and establish best practices for enterprise pre-sales.

Provide L2/L3 incident-driven support for Unily's SaaS platform: triage, diagnose using logs/traces/metrics, reproduce issues, maintain ServiceNow records, coordinate with Product and Engineering, implement mitigations, contribute to RCAs and runbooks, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.
