Lead North America marketing strategy and GTM for a B2B SaaS product. Plan and run integrated campaigns, ABM, events, partner and co-marketing programs, market research, and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and performance teams to drive regional growth.

Manage and expand Sumsub’s North American non-documentary identity and address verification products, including mobile driver’s licenses, identity wallets, data sources, and open banking. Coordinate releases, partner integrations, product cost reduction, and redundancy strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Data Protection, Engineering, and Product Marketing to address regulatory needs, grow adoption, increase revenue, and improve customer retention.

Own and execute go-to-market strategy for new verticals, manage full sales cycles for largest accounts, collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing, represent the company at conferences, and educate internal teams on target verticals.

Lead high-volume negotiation and execution of B2B SaaS and enterprise commercial contracts (MSAs, service agreements) under New York law. Provide pragmatic legal risk advice, own and optimize contract lifecycle management and legal tech integration, and partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and InfoSec to unblock deals and accelerate revenue growth in North America.

Perform outbound prospecting and lead generation across global markets (focus North America) via LinkedIn, email, calls and research. Identify decision-makers, craft value propositions, qualify leads, push prospects to demo calls, support Business Development Managers, and maintain CRM activity while hitting monthly qualified-opportunity quotas.

Lead growth of Sumsub's US partner ecosystem: manage key partner accounts, recruit and enable partners, qualify inbound requests, support onboarding and integrations, run co-marketing and sales acceleration, and improve internal partner processes.

Manage and grow customer relationships by supporting technical, business, and product needs. Deliver training and webinars, introduce new features, identify opportunities and risks, collect client feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, Legal, and Marketing to ensure customer success.
