Lead cross-functional supply chain and logistics projects to improve transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and operational performance. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, manage carriers and suppliers, support RMA and reverse logistics, and act as a customer contact to resolve technical and operational issues. Drive change management, training, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory expectations.
