The Insurance Claims Facilitator will manage communications regarding claims between landlords, tenants, and agents, supporting all insurance processes and responding to queries.

Manage and grow usage of Rent Protection Insurance with existing customers through B2B upsell and cross-sell. Train and develop agents, work with insurance and account teams to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, follow regulated FCA processes, and support customer satisfaction.
