📍 Hybrid Based Role - 3 days a week in our Lincoln office, 2 days per week remote (with once per quarter travel to our London and/or Sheffield office - travel paid)

The Opportunity:

  • Working with current customers to identify how to use our Rent Protection Insurance product more effectively

  • Target driven, fast paced environment to grow your skills as a sales person

  • Training and developing our agent base to increase customer usage and our overall insurance book 

  • Working with the wider insurance and account management teams to identify further opportunities

  • A team where success is measured against sales performance, customer satisfaction and your ability to follow regulated processes

What we need from you:

  • Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling

  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone (and in some cases, face-to-face)

  • Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
