Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research across the Depop product. Responsibilities include identifying research needs, selecting methodologies, conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, ethnography, diary studies, card sorts, and tree tests, synthesizing findings, collaborating with product and analytics teams, communicating actionable recommendations, advocating for research, improving team practices, and mentoring junior researchers.

Leads Depop’s visual direction across marketing campaigns, content, activations, partnerships, and brand expressions. Develops concepts, design, and art direction from ideation through execution; maintains and evolves brand identity; mentors creative talent; collaborates with marketing, product, agencies, and partners; and stays informed on visual culture, design trends, consumer behavior, and emerging tools.
