Evaluate performance, yield, quality, reliability, margins, and manufacturability while communicating technical risks and recommendations to engineering leadership.

Supports semiconductor product engineering across new product introduction, qualification, production release, and sustaining. Performs silicon characterization, product evaluation, yield and reliability analysis, BOM maintenance, root-cause analysis, customer qualification, and field issue resolution. Collaborates with design and test engineering teams to improve manufacturability, yield, quality, cost, and cycle time while documenting technical findings and communicating escalations.

Own product strategy, roadmap, portfolio planning, competitive analysis, product development alignment, pricing, sales enablement, and go-to-market activities for high-performance power management products serving AI, data center, server, telecom, networking, and computing markets. Translate technical concepts into customer-facing materials and lead collaboration across engineering, product, sales, and global teams.

Develops characterization and production test solutions for radiation-hardened space ICs. Responsibilities include defining test requirements, writing characterization and production test programs, designing ATE load boards, developing test schematics and hardware, debugging test programs, correlating production results with bench measurements, conducting GR&R and transient analyses, and transferring solutions to production.

Develop test methodologies and requirements for radiation-hardened semiconductor ICs used in space applications. Ensure TSN support, ASIL-B/D functional safety, NoC/CHI integration, hardware security (SecOC), and robust clock/reset/power management for AD and cockpit systems.

Develop and verify mixed-signal models and SystemVerilog/Verilog testbenches for digital multiphase voltage regulators. Model and simulate regulator behavior across scenarios, verify PWM, phase management, current sensing, telemetry, protections, and control-loop interactions. Debug mixed-signal/RTL/firmware interactions, build assertions/checkers/coverage or UVM flows, and collaborate with analog, digital, firmware, validation, and architecture teams.
