Design, verify, and simulate CMOS analog blocks for integrated circuit development projects. The role collaborates with layout and applications engineers, supports lab evaluation and post-layout verification, documents intellectual property blocks, contributes to verification activities, and ensures high-quality delivery against project schedules. It also involves continuous technical development, progress reporting, risk escalation, and occasional international travel.

The role collaborates with product, reliability, quality, marketing, and operations teams while maintaining expertise in power SiP/modules, wafer-level packaging, and flip-chip LGA technologies.

Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within mid-market accounts. Exceed sales quotas, manage and advance a high-volume pipeline, develop account plans, execute targeted prospecting campaigns, understand customer and competitive landscapes, maintain accurate forecasts, close opportunities, and support customer adoption in collaboration with customer success and support teams.

Manage client relationships and drive platform adoption for procurement and direct material sourcing teams. Deliver tailored training, lead stakeholder business reviews, identify savings opportunities, support strategic negotiations, and promote new features to enable upsells while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement reliability and qualification test programs for AI server power modules; define component selection and qualification processes; create test plans and validation documentation; coordinate with mechanical, software, and systems teams; and work with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype and transition designs to production.

Lead definition and new product introduction of next-generation multiphase AI power modules. Coordinate mechanical, software, systems, packaging, quality, product management, and manufacturing teams; align thermal and power requirements; manage engineering samples, planning gates, readiness reviews, prototyping, and production transitions. Present product proposals to senior stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations on critical issues.

Develop and validate digital power management solutions for data-center processors and SoCs. Define product requirements, support FPGA prototyping, resolve design tradeoffs, create validation plans, develop intellectual property, and align with ASIC suppliers. Provide technical marketing support through customer visits, competitive analysis, product planning, technical training, and customer problem solving.

Leads the site’s digital IC design and verification organization, owning architecture, verification strategy, execution, sign-off, tape-out quality, methodology, automation, and talent development. Drives RTL quality, timing closure, DFT readiness, SystemVerilog/UVM, formal and mixed-signal verification, risk mitigation, IP reuse, and cross-functional alignment to improve first-pass silicon success and delivery predictability for complex mixed-signal SoCs.

Leads engineering operations and AI transformation initiatives across web development, QA, production, and product teams. Establishes roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, reporting practices, meeting cadences, decision logs, and operating rhythms. Manages cross-functional dependencies, improves delivery visibility, coordinates stakeholders, and helps transition AI prototypes into scalable engineering workflows. Partners with technical leads and business stakeholders to strengthen execution discipline and support broader engineering operational leadership.
