Serve as a customer-facing guide to drive adoption, migration, retention, and expansion of Altium solutions. Support onboarding, cloud migration to Altium Develop, identify friction points, provide product feedback, and improve customer outcomes through consultative engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead design, development, and qualification of advanced semiconductor packaging (flip-chip, WLP/FOWLP, 2.5D/3D, SiP, BGA/CSP). Provide senior-level application engineering for digital multiphase power solutions in server/AI markets: debug and validate products at customer sites, support system validation and design teams, produce datasheets and application notes, enable marketing and train other AEs/FAEs.

Lead development of automated test programs and ATE solutions for analog/digital/mixed-signal power ICs. Support qualification, characterization, yield, and production ramps; mentor junior engineers; debug at-system using scopes, meters, spectrum analyzers; coordinate cross-functional and third-party teams; develop hardware/software for scalable test operations.

Lead verification and modeling of mixed-signal power chips (PMICs, battery chargers). Develop verification plans, create and maintain analog models in SystemVerilog/Verilog-AMS, perform chip-level simulations, debug failures and slowdowns, collaborate with design/verification/systems teams, document results, and interact with external customers to meet verification needs.

Define and maintain device and subsystem specifications for mixed-signal integrated circuits. Collaborate with internal teams and standards bodies (JEDEC), review proposals, present Renesas positions, produce specification documents, and work with technical writers to ensure accurate public and internal documentation.

Lead chip-level verification and modeling of mixed-signal power ICs (PMICs, battery chargers). Develop verification plans, create analog models (SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS), debug simulations, collaborate with design/verification/systems teams, document results, and communicate with customers.
