Define test requirements, write characterization and production test programs, design load boards and PCBs for ATE, perform GR&R and transient/spike analysis, and correlate production tests to bench measurements.

Design and execute accelerated lifetime and qualification tests for power semiconductor devices, develop test circuits/software, apply statistical reliability modeling, investigate wafer defectivity impacts, and perform hardware debugging to ensure product reliability.

Support AI/cloud power management by validating digital multiphase controllers and Smart Power Stages in the lab, model converters with SIMPLIS/MATLAB, develop EVBs and thermal/layout designs, automate lab testing, and produce datasheets, performance reports, and application notes.

Architect, design, simulate and verify high-precision CMOS analog blocks (Tx/Rx/PLL, DDR I/O) for ASICs. Lead cross-functional integration, analyze Si ATE/bench data, ensure EM/IR/aging reliability, oversee layout quality, mentor engineers, and drive low-power/high-performance innovations.
