Lead enterprise-wide Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) activation through strategy translation, governance, communications, change adoption, measurement, program management, and technology enablement for employee networks. Partner with HR, Legal, Communications, ERGs and senior leaders to embed EEDI across employee experience, deliver scalable programs, and track impact via data-driven metrics and reporting.

Administer distribution service agreements, compute performance metrics, present results to wholesalers, and provide weekly supply-channel insights to commercial forecasting. Build financial models, ensure data integrity, and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend allocation and distribution actions.

Lead strategic internal and external communications for AbbVie's enterprise AI initiatives. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to craft messaging, thought leadership, announcements, and change-management plans that explain AI strategy, responsible AI practices, governance, and business impact. Prepare executives for high-visibility engagements and drive campaigns to increase employee and stakeholder understanding.

Lead US and Puerto Rico payroll tax operations across 13 entities and all 50 states. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws; manage audits, filings, reconciliations, and penalties; supervise and mentor payroll tax specialists; coordinate with Payroll, Corporate Tax, HR, and Finance; maintain tax setups in payroll systems (Workday, ADP); advise on multi-state, business traveler, and equity tax issues; and apply analytics and AI tools to monitor performance and compliance.
