Provides first-line technical support for Mogli’s Salesforce-based SMS and WhatsApp application through multiple communication channels. Troubleshoots and escalates client issues, configures products and basic automations, maintains Salesforce Cases, develops knowledge-base content, tests product releases, and communicates Salesforce and product changes. The role also advocates for clients, contributes to process improvements, and collaborates with support, product, engineering, and account teams in a remote environment.
