Oversee revenue accounting and the order-to-cash cycle, including journal entries, revenue recognition, gross-to-net calculations, deductions, reconciliations, accruals, and vendor data validation. Partner with commercial, FP&A, and internal teams to resolve accounting issues, maintain SOX compliance, support audits, and improve processes. The role also manages revenue-related reporting, controls, and special accounting projects.

The Associate Director will develop advocacy with key stakeholders for LOQTORZI®, leading brand marketing initiatives and managing KOL relationships while collaborating with cross-functional partners in the oncology space.

Provide hands-on executive support to the Chief of Staff and CEO, manage executive calendars, travel, board and investor meeting logistics, and lead cross-functional strategic projects. Own executive communications, prepare briefing materials, track decisions and follow-up, and cover Executive Office operations during a three-month maternity leave. Support long-term strategic initiatives and may transition into Commercial, IR, or Finance roles.
