Lead on-site technology operations for the L.A. LIVE campus, managing IT/network/broadcast systems and event technology. Supervise and train staff, provide hands-on support for Microsoft and Cisco technologies, coordinate with global teams, manage tickets and projects, perform cabling and hardware deployments, support after-hours/on-call events, and drive service improvements.

Qualify leads, create proposals, negotiate contracts, collect deposits, collaborate with legal and accounting, develop venue marketing plans, forecast sales and budgets, and build client relationships. Requires frequent client outreach and occasional event attendance (evenings/weekends).
