The Business Development Representative will identify potential clients, generate leads, communicate Axiom's business model, and support sales efforts through follow-ups and scheduling meetings.

Lead global accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting operations; manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and PE due-diligence/M&A support. Build controls, improve order-to-cash, partner cross-functionally, and supervise Revenue/AR, AP and Payroll teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.

Manage end-to-end pre-employment screening and onboarding for North American legal talent, process background and right-to-work checks, maintain Workday onboarding, support operational HR processes, assist client attestation/RFP requests, and contribute to reporting and compliance audits.
