Leads VELCO’s enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and operations, overseeing networking, data centers, cloud platforms, servers, storage, virtualization, identity services, disaster recovery, and monitoring. Manages infrastructure teams, vendors, budgets, procurement, modernization projects, architecture, capacity planning, and lifecycle management. Partners with cybersecurity, engineering, telecommunications, and SCADA teams to ensure secure, resilient, highly available systems and compliance with NERC CIP, FERC, and other regulations. Directs incident response, outage restoration, governance, technical standards, and staff development.
