Lead strategic platform management for multiple programs across manufacturing sites, accountable for customer satisfaction, profitability, launches, cross-functional alignment, and talent development. Lead program execution and client relationship for one or two clients, coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, sales, and purchasing. Manage launch process with data integrity, approve designs and changes, control financial metrics, negotiate contracts, mitigate risks, run change control, and prepare executive program status reporting.
