Design, develop, and maintain secure Microsoft Power Platform solutions for federal and DoD customers. Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models, Power BI reports, integrations, and automated deployments. Support ALM, ETL, troubleshooting, documentation, security, and performance. Gather requirements and collaborate with technical and program stakeholders while following federal security and configuration-management practices.

Designs, implements, and supports identity and access management solutions, including identity providers, single sign-on, Active Directory, LDAP, identity synchronization, access controls, and CI/CD automation pipelines. Reviews opportunity packages, bills of materials, supplier quotes, authorizations, contract paths, inventory risks, pricing build-ups, margins, and customer-facing quote terms. Resolves commercial gaps, secures approvals for pricing exceptions, submits complete quotes, maintains final pricing and sourcing records, and transitions awarded packages to order fulfillment.

Design and deliver scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Support pre-sales, proposals, and customer engagements; ensure compliance in classified/DoD settings; advise on emerging technologies and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
