Leads the site reliability engineering program for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Develops reliability strategy, RCM, asset lifecycle, predictive and preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement programs. Oversees critical utilities, facilities, equipment performance, regulatory compliance, validation, inspections, capital projects, reliability metrics, and digital maintenance initiatives. Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to improve uptime, return-to-service performance, safety, product quality, and GMP compliance.

Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, HR analytics, workforce planning, investigations, and employee engagement. The role supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation and requires onsite work in Bloomington, Indiana.

Manage the company’s Foreign Trade Zone program, ensuring compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ Board requirements. Oversee admissions, transfers, exports, inventory reconciliation, regulatory reporting, SOPs, audits, training, and system enhancements. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies, and internal supply chain, finance, legal, IT, and warehouse teams. Support FTZ activations and expansions while leading and developing employees.

Leads all supply chain functions for a sterile fill-finish CDMO site, including procurement, planning, materials management, warehousing, logistics, and S&OP. Develops supply chain strategy, optimizes capacity and inventory, manages budgets and risks, drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, and ensures customer delivery performance. Builds high-performing teams and partners with manufacturing, quality, finance, technical services, program management, and commercial functions to support growth and profitability.

Supports supply chain readiness across multiple buildings by maintaining ERP and item master data, validating material and production requirements, preparing inventory and KPI reports, monitoring supply risks, and coordinating issue resolution with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, procurement, and technical teams. The role also supports S&OP, SOP development, inventory accuracy, production orders, sales orders, and cross-functional operational reviews.

The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining automation systems in pharmaceutical processing, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.

The Process Engineer will develop, implement and optimize manufacturing packaging processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and improving efficiency in aseptic manufacturing.

This onsite role includes 24/7 on-call participation and occasional travel.
