Lead AI adoption and technology operations across UFG brands: drive Copilot and Power Apps deployments, manage vendor and platform relationships (Gorilla Dash, RevScale, NetSuite), coordinate cross-functional delivery of AI features with development and IT, establish governance and ROI reporting, and operationalize AI initiatives from MVP to production.

Lead regional franchise sales by presenting brand offerings, managing prospect and franchisee relationships, working with brokers, attending trade shows, and driving territory growth. Requires regular travel, daily in-person prospect meetings, and hitting sales targets with base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Lead Black Optix Tint as Brand President, setting strategic direction, driving franchise development, overseeing operations, marketing, finance, P&L, training, and field support to scale growth and ensure franchise performance.

Lead franchise operational strategy and performance across a global network. Develop and execute growth initiatives, training, financial oversight, reporting, and franchisee support while resolving operational issues and driving profitability.
