Lead overall management and execution of the AFTAS Pro contract for SAF/AQ. Act as primary government interface, oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure program performance (cost, schedule, quality), manage staffing and subcontractors, maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS and Air Force policies, develop program plans and briefings, run PMRs, manage risk, and support transitions and surge mission priorities.

Lead complex analytical efforts, advise government leadership on strategy and execution, develop executive briefings and dashboards, analyze performance and risks, coordinate cross-organizational initiatives, manage budget and resource reporting, mentor junior analysts, and drive process improvements to meet customer priorities and schedules.

Lead software test engineering for the Army CBRN System of Systems: plan and execute software, interoperability, and cybersecurity testing in Agile/DevSecOps environments; develop automated test frameworks, ICDs/APIs, metrics and dashboards; manage sprints, release readiness, and provide technical recommendations to Government T&E and program leadership.

Provide records management and compliance support to HHS ASPR, maintain inventories and metadata, develop SOPs and training, produce reports and dashboards, support SharePoint migrations, assist with NARA CUI and Privacy Act tasks, and coordinate meetings and documentation for audit readiness.
