Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering advisory and assistance services to AFRL JUPITER. Oversee program execution, staffing, finances, quality, subcontractors, risk mitigation, and customer engagement to ensure timely, compliant delivery of advanced research and technology support.

Edit and refine executive-level correspondence, reports, briefings, and governance documents for National Guard Bureau leadership. Ensure DoD standards compliance, perform substantive and copy editing, fact-checking, coordinate with stakeholders, and support templates, read-aheads, and process improvements.

Analyze and improve executive workflow and staff action management processes. Develop process maps, SOPs, metrics, and reports; support SharePoint and tasking systems, facilitate working groups, identify automation opportunities, and provide training and user support.

Provide advisory and administrative support to the Director Action Group for DoD space and launch acquisition programs: facilitate meetings, produce and review materials, track actions and program data (Air Force records, DTS), maintain program trackers, support and train administrative staff, and coordinate communications across a distributed team.

Lead acquisition activities for Space Systems Command programs across the acquisition lifecycle. Develop JCIDS and acquisition documentation, support DABs and source selections, advise on cost/schedule/performance, perform EVM and schedule analysis, support PPBE and financial reporting, review contractor deliverables and surveillance, identify risk and recommend mitigation, and assist program manager with technical and programmatic decisions.

Lead overall management and execution of the AFTAS Pro contract for SAF/AQ. Act as primary government interface, oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure program performance (cost, schedule, quality), manage staffing and subcontractors, maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS and Air Force policies, develop program plans and briefings, run PMRs, manage risk, and support transitions and surge mission priorities.
