Lead discovery and tailored demonstrations for a SaaS trade promotion management platform. Translate CPG, financial, and commercial workflows into proposed solutions; assess integrations, requirements, dependencies, risks, and customer readiness; and coordinate with Account Executives, Solution Architecture, Integrations, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success. Document solution details, support handoffs, develop reusable sales enablement, and relay recurring customer needs to internal teams.

Design scalable customer solutions for trade promotion management SaaS implementations. Lead solution alignment, validate business processes and requirements, define workflows, data flows, integrations, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and implementation blueprints. Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Integrations, Managed Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering while maintaining solution integrity. Identify risks, scope gaps, and product limitations; support UAT, go-live readiness, change management, and reusable implementation standards.

Own strategic partnerships with CPG customers, driving measurable outcomes, platform adoption, user expansion, and retention. Analyze usage data and business context to identify risks and opportunities, develop success plans, lead executive and operational relationships, and advocate for customers internally. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and support teams while contributing to repeatable playbooks, thought leadership, and customer best practices.

Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations between Vividly and customer ERP, banking, and other systems. Translate accounting workflows into technical designs, define mappings and transformations, lead technical discovery, support customer UAT, document solutions, and resolve production issues. The role also develops reusable integration patterns, improves APIs and integration frameworks, and advises customers and internal teams on technical architecture and system constraints.

Own product marketing at Vividly, building the function from the ground up. Responsibilities include coordinating product release communications, customer education, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, competitive positioning, feature adoption metrics, upsell campaigns, and a structured product advocacy program. The role translates complex SaaS functionality into compelling business value for CPG finance and sales buyers while collaborating across product, customer success, sales, marketing, and revenue operations.

The Senior Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, build client relationships, generate leads, and exceed sales targets. This role requires 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, particularly in consultative sales methodologies.
