Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for sellers and dealers, guiding sellers through vehicle profiling and post-sale support. Answer queries via phone, email and chat, resolve transport and cancellation issues, optimise seller profiles for auctions, maintain CRM data accuracy, and use AI-powered tools to improve customer experience and retention.

Provide friendly, multi-channel support to private car sellers and dealers, solve problems using CRM and AI tools, ensure data accuracy, build rapport, and champion customer experience throughout the selling journey.

Manage end-to-end vehicle collections and deliveries, act as first point of contact for transport issues, liaise with transport partners, process bookings, handle claims and complaints, review and approve invoices, and contribute to process improvements and project work to improve service levels.

Serve as the primary customer-facing specialist for sellers: build rapport, answer questions across phone/email/chat, solve problems, use CRM and AI tools to manage data and improve the seller experience.
