Lead technical pre-sales and selected post-sales engagements for Corvil Analytics across capital markets customers. Responsibilities include discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-value execution, sizing, technical proposals, implementation support, account expansion, executive presentations, and customer handoff. The role requires deep expertise in trading infrastructure, network protocols, packet-derived analytics, observability integrations, and regulated financial-services environments, plus collaboration with sales, product, engineering, services, and support teams.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, performance, and commercial health of Pico’s Market Services product portfolio. Own portfolio P&L, growth, profitability, pricing, and investment decisions while leading the Product team. It is hybrid, supports global stakeholders, and may involve occasional travel.

Own the Pico Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics. Lead development of self-service ordering, workflow automation, delivery visibility, operational insights, and client engagement capabilities. Translate client and business needs into requirements and release plans while partnering with engineering, operations, sales engineering, and client-facing teams. Use data and feedback to prioritize investments, drive adoption, reduce manual work, and support future API, analytics, AI, and digital commercialization initiatives.

The Site Reliability Engineer will assist clients with Redline products, manage production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure automation and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Director will execute the sales strategy, engage with clients in the financial sector, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Manage and optimize end-to-end latency for market data deployments. Design, develop and configure Redline software, build automation and capacity-planning tools (C/C++, Java), run deterministic benchmarking (VMware, MySQL), tune Linux/BIOS for low latency, and maintain production trading environments. Create monitoring/alerting frameworks, validate performance changes, document runbooks, and support customer technical escalations.

Design and deploy low-latency, scalable network architectures; produce HLDs; define design principles; evaluate vendors and platforms; implement configurations and critical changes; troubleshoot escalations; automate deployments and support internal and external customers across global markets.

Drive revenue growth for Market Services across the Americas by partnering with Sales Directors, Sales Engineering, and Product to qualify opportunities, build pipeline, support complex infrastructure deals, shape go-to-market strategy, enable sales, and close enterprise customers for hosting, connectivity, market data, exchange, timing and managed cloud services.

Provide technical pre- and post-sales support for Pico's low-latency market data and connectivity products. Design and document bespoke network and infrastructure solutions, lead client presentations/whiteboards, produce proposals and solution diagrams, support proofs-of-concept, collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams, and templatize repeatable solutions.
