Manage permitting, licensing, regulatory compliance, and customer/vendor onboarding for construction and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with agencies, ensure documentation and COIs, maintain business licenses, oversee fleet/DMV, manage purchasing card and customer portals, produce compliance reports, and implement process improvements to support project execution.

Lead transactional accounting across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash for multiple business lines. Manage AP, AR, payroll, cash disbursements, controls, reconciliations, metrics (DSO/DPO), team development, process automation, and support audits and month-end close.
