Handle inbound cancellation contacts from residential and small business customers to retain accounts. Troubleshoot home network equipment and fiber connections, negotiate retention offers, meet save-rate and revenue metrics, analyze churn drivers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations. Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable SAP SCM and PLM solutions. Manage integrations (Salesforce, 3PL, Vendor EDI), drive procurement, inventory and order-fulfillment improvements, coordinate releases/migrations, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP/PLM enhancements.

Owner for the Hire-to-Retire HR technology landscape: configure and support Workday HCM, drive HR process optimization, lead integrations and data governance, manage system testing/deployments, provide L2/L3 support, and partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and vendors on roadmap and operations.

Lead end-to-end Joint Trench Greenfield program delivery for a market/region, manage developer and utility relationships, negotiate joint trench contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project status using GFiber systems, and transition completed builds to forward build teams.

Drive inventory growth by building relationships with real-estate partners (multifamily, multi-tenant, HOAs). Prospect, negotiate right-of-entry agreements, use CRM data for strategy, maintain a robust sales funnel, report progress to sales leadership, and contribute best practices to the sales team.
