Develops positioning, segmentation, lifecycle programs, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive subscriber growth and brand adoption. Partners with product, sales, digital, operations, finance, and marketing teams, conducts market and competitive research, manages execution, and analyzes performance metrics to optimize strategy and business results.

Owns end-to-end capital expenditure, PP&E, lease, and fixed-asset accounting for a multi-billion-dollar fiber network. Responsibilities include ASC 360 and ASC 842 accounting, SAP Asset Accounting, Project System and Materials Management ownership, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, reporting automation, capitalization controls, and cross-functional partnership.
