Provide pricing and engineering design support for pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects: prepare calculations and details from drawings/specs, ensure code compliance and manufacturability, consult with builders and sales, value-engineer solutions, mentor staff, and maintain current pricing.

Lead regional sales strategy and execution across the Great Lakes market for PEMB brands. Coach and develop District Sales Managers, drive revenue and pricing strategy, build executive customer relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to support project delivery, and spend significant time in-market (40–50% travel).
