Leads day-to-day execution of a major federal capital program, coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams, stakeholders, contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, commissioning, security, reporting, and closeout. Develops governance frameworks, manages program performance and resources, resolves issues, validates contractor progress, and supports executive decision-making. Requires regular onsite presence in active construction environments.

Support federal construction project controls including schedule and cost tracking, maintain RFIs/submittals/change order logs, manage PMIS documentation, perform field inspections, assist PMs with reporting, risk management, pay application reviews, and ensure federal compliance and quality control.

Manage federal facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. Coordinate government clients, contractors, and design teams; review designs and contract documents; conduct site inspections; prepare scopes, schedules, status reports, and track risks; support acquisition planning and contract administration.

Lead communications and product marketing for Procon by creating content, driving integrated campaigns, supporting go-to-market and business development, managing PR and internal communications, partnering with technical teams to translate complex expertise into compelling stories, and using marketing technology and analytics to optimize performance.
