Design, implement, and manage Ansible-based automation (playbooks, roles, Tower) for configuration management, software deployment, security compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and training. Collaborate with sysadmins and developers, support production systems, participate in on-call rotation, and travel to data centers as needed.

Design and deliver visual assets across web and print: create UI layouts, graphics, illustrations, and brand-aligned creatives using Figma and Adobe tools. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing, manage multiple projects in Agile (Jira), participate in design reviews, and maintain up-to-date design practices and quality.
