Drive new business acquisition among accounting and tax firms in the Pacific region. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, complex stakeholder management, CRM and forecast updates, event participation, and meeting sales quotas. The role sells cloud hosting, security, compliance, and managed IT solutions through a remote, territory-focused approach.

Own assigned accounting close areas, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, deferred revenue, and equity. Apply US GAAP, evaluate transactions, analyze variances, maintain internal controls, and support audits. Partner with Finance and international teams to ensure accurate multi-entity reporting, review global reconciliations, improve processes, and support system implementations and automation initiatives.

Lead Rightworks’ MSP growth initiative, owning P&L, go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, sales pipeline, partnerships, and market entry. Build and scale a new SMB managed services business from the ground up, including hiring and operating rhythms. Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and growth while influencing Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Provide competitive, market, and product-gap insights to executive leadership and independently make rapid business decisions.
