Manages offshore support staff, improves ticketing and escalation processes, creates technical documentation, and owns critical incident resolution. Diagnoses complex eSIM provisioning, connectivity, API, and mobile network issues while coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Carrier Relations. Advocates for customers, communicates during outages, and analyzes support trends to improve product reliability.

The Business Development Representative will identify and create qualified sales opportunities, manage outbound campaigns, and qualify leads while collaborating with Account Executives and other teams.
