Provides administrative and operational support for pharmacy benefit implementations. Responsibilities include documenting benefit design requirements, maintaining plan information, validating inputs, supporting member materials, tracking implementation tasks and follow-ups, organizing files, escalating gaps, and coordinating the transition to ongoing client account management.

Leads financial underwriting for complex pharmacy benefit RFPs, renewals, market checks, and BAFOs. Models claims, benefit designs, rebates, fees, guarantees, risks, scenarios, client economics, and margins. Validates data, maintains audit-ready workpapers, performs quality controls, presents recommendations, and coordinates handoffs across sales, clinical, contracting, implementation, finance, and technology teams. The role also improves underwriting workflows, controls, tools, and assumptions through performance lookbacks.

Serves as the primary clinical lead for assigned pharmacy benefit accounts, providing guidance on benefit design, population health, formulary strategy, clinical savings, and drug cost trends. Presents clinical outcomes and recommendations to clients, supports onboarding and transitions of care, generates clinical reports, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders. Requires a PharmD, active pharmacist license, and at least five years of relevant experience.
