Build geospatial predictive risk models using LiDAR, GIS, terrain, asset, and weather data to simulate power-grid failures, vegetation risks, and infrastructure stress. Develop spatial data pipelines, establish QA/QC standards, translate complex metrics into investment insights, collaborate onsite with utility GIS teams, and mentor others in data science and analytics.

Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reporting, data validation, and project setup.

The Customer Value Architect will engage with customers to enhance the adoption of the Neara platform, ensuring value is delivered and facilitating customer training and engagement while identifying growth opportunities.

Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to enterprise utility customers to drive adoption, embed Neara platform usage, define and validate ROI, deliver trainings/workshops, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams.

Leads customer success for strategic electric utility accounts, overseeing enterprise software deployments from pilot through long-term value realization. Manages 4–5 technical customer-facing team members, advises utility executives, establishes ROI and governance frameworks, oversees technical workstreams, drives adoption, and identifies expansion opportunities. Partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to mitigate implementation risks and inform the product roadmap.

Build and lead Neara’s US Customer Success Operations function, establishing scalable operating models, project management standards, reporting infrastructure, customer success onboarding, and continuous learning systems. The role oversees software delivery and implementation excellence, resource allocation, contract reviews, risk mitigation, value realization, and executive dashboards. It also partners closely with Product, Engineering, leadership, and customers to improve project execution, surface sustainability risks, and scale customer engagement operations globally.

Leads a strategic portfolio of enterprise electric utility customers and manages 4–5 technical customer success team members. Leads Neara’s account-based marketing program as a player-coach, owning strategy and execution for strategic accounts while coaching regional ABMs. Develops account plans, integrated campaigns, playbooks, executive engagement, measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Product. Improves account data quality, identifies scalable plays, evaluates account movement and revenue impact, and standardizes successful approaches across regions.
