The role coordinates with engineers, construction teams, and utilities, assists with field surveys, and ensures compliance with TIA/BICSI standards and local permitting requirements.

Design and support medium- and low-voltage electrical infrastructure for AI data centers. Responsibilities include creating electrical drawings, performing load and cable calculations, sizing transformers and switchgear, evaluating equipment specifications, supporting power-system studies, resolving construction RFIs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. The role is fully onsite in Memphis, includes hands-on construction and operations support, 24/7 emergency on-call duties, and travel of up to 25%.

Lead a team of Receiving Specialists for data center construction: manage inbound receipts, transact in ERP/WMS, verify parts and quantities, resolve discrepancies with carriers/vendors, coordinate returns, operate forklifts, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive 5S and process improvements.

Own technical success of large-scale GPU/CPU cluster deployments: lead implementation, integration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, verification testing, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet SOW/SLA requirements.

Lead and improve regulated and prohibited content enforcement programs: set detection and automation requirements, translate policy/legal constraints into operational controls and workflows, manage escalations and QA, align cross-functional partners, monitor regulations, and report program performance and risks to leadership.
