Supports multinational tax operations, including international tax compliance, transfer pricing, VAT/GST, customs-related tax matters, tax planning, and ASC 740/IAS 12 tax accounting. Coordinates external advisors, prepares documentation and returns, analyzes cross-border transactions, supports audits and tax provisions, and partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customs, Treasury, and Legal teams.

Leads business operations, financial planning, workforce planning, vendor spending, and cross-functional program delivery across charging, connectivity, cloud, fleet, and software services. Oversees project planning, prioritization, commercialization, launch readiness, marketing programs, training, and communications. Partners with Finance, Product, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver automotive software products on time and within budget.

Manage treasury operations including daily cash reconciliation, liquidity forecasting, FX exposure, payments, bank account administration, charge card governance, treasury controls, audits, and SAP treasury workstation support. Partner with banking, IT, legal, accounting, and Volkswagen Group teams on payments, ISDA documentation, hedge accounting, and system enhancements. Prepare liquidity reporting and provide treasury expertise to senior finance leadership.

Analyze factory launch costs across equipment, labor, materials, and operations; develop forecasts, oversee budgets, identify optimization opportunities, validate estimates using manufacturing knowledge, and collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance. Create Excel-based dashboards and reporting automation, document risks, communicate recommendations to leadership, and support continuous improvement of cost estimation processes.

Build and orchestrate AI automation workflows using n8n, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and MLflow. Develop intelligent agents, chatbots, semantic retrieval systems, and AI dashboards with Streamlit, OpenWebUI, Pinecone, OpenAI, and Anthropic technologies. Integrate AI into business processes and data platforms, extract structured document data, and ensure compliance, security, and ethical standards. The role is primarily office-based in Charlotte, NC, with occasional travel.
