Lead the development and management of HV Energy Management systems, ensuring collaboration across engineering teams and compliance with safety standards. Responsible for system requirements and management, testing, and validation of mechatronic systems in automotive applications.

Leads mechanical system and component design, analysis, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and production equipment integration for electric trucks and SUVs. Collaborates with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; manages project resources; improves reliability and manufacturability; performs safety assessments; supports operators and maintenance personnel; and mentors junior engineers. The role is primarily based onsite in Blythewood, South Carolina, with occasional travel.

Lead paint and sealer robot programming standards, train and develop team members, monitor application performance and KPIs, ensure safety and quality compliance, coordinate with Production/Maintenance/Engineering, report to management, identify process improvements, and apply lean methodologies to optimize paint/sealer operations.

Support development, integration, testing, and production transfer of body systems for Scout electric trucks and SUVs. Create CAD data, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, perform hands-on prototyping and testing, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, participate in design reviews, and support pre-series builds and production optimization.

Leads and develops project quality professionals while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused quality excellence.

Supports vehicle concept architecture for electric pickups and rugged SUVs by developing 3D CAD packaging proposals, occupant packaging, competitive benchmarks, and component requirements. Collaborates with design and engineering teams to refine feasible exterior and interior concepts throughout development. Creates 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and design guidelines while considering customer experience, automotive safety standards, and functional engineering constraints.

Owns end-to-end automotive product solutions, identifying customer needs, maintaining feature roadmaps, coordinating supplier and program milestones, tracking project workflows, improving technology and user experience, and supporting development through release. The role partners with styling, concept, engineering, and in-vehicle experience teams, with emphasis on digital cockpit and automotive software. It requires substantial product and project management experience, familiarity with automotive platforms and technologies, and domestic and international travel.

Support production teams in BIW manufacturing to achieve stable production, implement containment actions, resolve equipment and quality issues, coordinate cross-functional meetings, drive continuous improvement using metrology, DFMEA/PFMEA, 8D problem solving and SPC, train team members, and manage special builds within the Pilot Hall body team.

The role involves assessing new business opportunities, shaping executive narratives, managing partner engagements, and building trusted relationships. Responsibilities include financial analysis, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting corporate development initiatives at Scout Motors.

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing iOS applications powering connected-vehicle features (connectivity, mapping, EV charging, purchases). Own complex features end-to-end, ensure performance, reliability, and security, implement automated testing, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate emerging mobile technologies to improve product quality and developer productivity.
