Hire and mentor a team of Value Consultants and support enterprise sales and expansion.

Serve as the primary bridge between sales and delivery to lead onboarding for enterprise clients. Define implementation plans, align stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth transition from contract to go-live to drive successful adoption.

Conduct 70–100 outbound calls daily to maintenance and operations decision-makers, build multi-touch outreach sequences, qualify prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and iterate with AEs to improve targeting and conversion.

Manage a post-sale book of mid-market accounts to retain and expand revenue. Conduct demos and quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, maintain CRM and sales systems, forecast pipeline, and deliver high-touch client service in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Lead a team of 4–6 product designers to deliver high-quality web and mobile B2B SaaS experiences. Set design direction, align with Product and Engineering, raise craft standards, hire and develop designers, and adopt AI tools to accelerate design work.

Manage post-sale book of business for emerging customers (<=300 employees), drive expansion and retention through high-velocity outreach, product demos, forecasting, documentation, and use of sales systems to identify upsell opportunities and ensure client success.

Lead and coach Emerging Account Managers to meet revenue and retention targets. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance, forecasting, process improvements, outbound programs, reporting, and hands-on support including pipeline reviews and customer calls.
