Design and deliver complex digital SoCs and advanced automotive communication semiconductors from microarchitecture through RTL, verification, synthesis, lint, CDC, LEC, and timing analysis. Collaborate with architecture, software, hardware, and verification teams to develop high-performance custom silicon meeting power, performance, and area targets. Define ASIC specifications, data flows, algorithms, interfaces, and resource management for networking and intelligent mobility applications.

Lead digital SoC verification for advanced automotive communication semiconductors. Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across the full verification lifecycle, from specifications and testbench development through simulation, coverage analysis, debugging, and gate-level simulation. Develop reusable verification infrastructure, automate testing and regressions, and validate networking, protocol, and semiconductor systems. The role requires extensive ASIC verification experience, strong communication, and collaboration across international multidisciplinary teams.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will build relationships with AI platform companies, drive strategic engagements, identify partnership opportunities, and provide market intelligence in the AI and semiconductor sectors.

Lead end-to-end test architecture and infrastructure from pre-silicon to high-volume manufacturing for high-speed Ethernet switch and PHY SOCs. Own ATE and SLT test program development, test board design, SI/PI, vendor/OSAT management, DFT/DFM/DFD requirements, and automotive qualification processes to ensure scalable, automotive-grade production testability.

Lead end-to-end product development from NPI to high-volume manufacturing for high-speed Ethernet switch and PHY products. Own test strategy, characterization, ATE-to-system correlation, yield improvement, manufacturing flow, and automotive qualification (IATF 16949, ISO 26262, PPAP). Collaborate with design, SW/FW, DFT, test houses, foundries and OSATs to meet automotive quality, cost, and performance targets.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware and kernel/user-mode device drivers for Ethernet-based networking devices. Design, implement, test, and integrate drivers into a Linux and AUTOSAR communication stack, build SDK components, and create debug/test utilities and automated unit/system tests for safety-critical automotive applications.

Lead the development lifecycle of complex integrated circuits, ensuring adherence to industry standards, managing customer relationships, and overseeing compliance and quality throughout projects.
