Develop positioning, customer-facing materials, lifecycle communications, and enablement systems that help commercial teams win, retain, and expand accounts. Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance to drive adoption, activation, expansion revenue, and consistent customer messaging.

Serves as the senior US legal advisor, overseeing commercial contracts, product counsel, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation, risk management, and legal strategy. Advises executives and the board, leads the US legal team, manages external counsel, supports Mastercard integration, monitors financial services regulations, and partners with product, commercial, compliance, finance, and operational teams across global jurisdictions.

Own company-wide strategic planning, OKRs, growth strategy, financial modeling, and complex cross-functional initiatives. Advise C-suite leaders, align product, engineering, and commercial teams, evaluate strategic investments, and drive measurable outcomes. Champion AI adoption, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve organizational efficiency and reduce friction.
