Manage executive relationships, enable sales through partner channels, align cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal, represent BVNK externally, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Lead BVNK's U.S. compliance and BSAO function: manage state MTLs and NY BitLicense, design technology-first compliance controls, oversee AML/sanctions and risk assessments, support regulatory exams/audits, embed requirements into product and onboarding, engage regulators and clients, mentor staff, and report to senior leadership.

Lead partner oversight by collecting and validating partner MI, performing trend and anomaly analysis, identifying and escalating emerging risks, maintaining oversight artifacts, conducting targeted reviews (KYC/AML), and supporting governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure evidence-based, timely oversight and remediation.
