The IT Business Systems Analyst 2 will analyze business needs, manage system enhancements, and ensure IT solutions are aligned with organizational goals through stakeholder communication and project implementation.

Lead territory business development and brand strategy for workers' compensation across specified Eastern states. Build and manage agency relationships, identify profitable growth opportunities, analyze competitor and agency performance, coordinate with Underwriting/Marketing/IT, conduct in-person visits and stewardship, mentor peers, and drive renewal and new-business production while ensuring accurate producer and agency documentation.

Drive territory growth for workers compensation by identifying and developing agency partnerships, monitoring agency profitability, executing territory plans, and coordinating with underwriting, marketing, and loss control. Conduct in-person agency visits, gather competitor intelligence, support renewal and new business strategies, document producer activity, and participate in industry events and internal committees to improve customer experience and ease of doing business.
