Supports and improves applications and infrastructure across the technology environment. Responsibilities include analyzing business and technology data, designing and testing solutions, troubleshooting, configuration, administration, security compliance, risk identification, stakeholder collaboration, technology evaluation, and maintaining documented processes, standards, and best practices.

Responsible for acquiring, cultivating, and closing new business accounts focused on working capital and commercial finance. Builds referral networks, manages sales pipelines, presents financial solutions, negotiates profitable deals, meets sales and margin targets, gathers borrower information for underwriting, monitors competitors, and collaborates across departments to support customer growth and retention.

Supports and improves Pathward’s applications and infrastructure by performing technology analysis, design, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and operational support. Collaborates with stakeholders, evaluates emerging technologies, maintains documentation and standards, builds test data, ensures security compliance, identifies technology risks, and assists other IT teams with troubleshooting and support.

Designs, provisions, maintains, monitors, troubleshoots, and enhances AWS cloud infrastructure. Develops cloud strategies, technical solutions, reference architectures, security measures, monitoring practices, and high-availability and disaster-recovery capabilities. Collaborates with Architecture, DevOps, Engineering, and IT Security teams to support applications, evaluate cloud performance, and manage service metrics. Participates in production on-call rotations and continuously improves cloud processes and technologies.

Manage and streamline operational and compliance review processes for partner activities. Develop and maintain review schedules, work papers, procedures, and training. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials and partner practices meet Pathward, network, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor tools, update documentation, and support implementation and continuous improvement.

Investigate customer and transactional activity to identify suspicious behavior, file SARs and CTRs with regulators, maintain workload and quality standards, handle related customer calls, and support compliance processes.

Lead and deliver multiple projects end-to-end: define scope, schedules, resources, and risks; communicate with stakeholders; negotiate resources; track and resolve issues; apply PMO methodologies and Agile practices; coach and supervise teams; and manage project outcomes on time and within budget.

Oversee the fraud risk management program, manage fraud alerts and investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in fraud detection processes.

Lead functional oversight of BSA/AML screening technology: translate screening strategy into requirements, own UAT and validation, monitor model outputs and data quality, drive tuning and remediation, coordinate cross-functional delivery, maintain governance documentation, and build/mentor BSA technology teams to ensure regulatory-aligned screening capabilities.
