The Workers' Compensation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and assisting with trial preparations and settlements.

Handle a heavy workers' compensation caseload from pre-litigation through trial: draft pleadings, discovery, motions, manage clients, work with experts, prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings and trials.

The Trial Attorney will manage litigation cases related to personal injury, specifically motor vehicle and trucking accidents, handling trial preparation and courtroom responsibilities.

Handle a high-volume workers' compensation caseload including hearings, litigation filings, discovery, depositions, mediations, client guidance, and coordination with expert witnesses. Draft pleadings, motions, reports, and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings while helping build a statewide practice.

The Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage complex case-loads, draft litigation documents, guide clients, and interact with expert witnesses while ensuring excellent communication.

Provide administrative and legal support for attorneys: manage calendars and filings, organize case files and evidence, draft and proofread legal documents, perform legal research, handle client communications and billing, and improve administrative workflows to support case preparation and litigation processes.

Greet clients, collect preliminary case information, manage phone system and correspondence, coordinate supplies and meeting spaces, and provide clerical support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth client intake and office operations.

Handle high-volume pre-litigation personal injury and general liability matters: draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlements and demand packages, manage releases, obtain approvals, conduct EUOs/PIP/recorded statements, guide clients, and supervise a team of 6–10 case managers to meet KPIs and compliance.

Manage personal injury case files from intake to closing under attorney supervision. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurers; obtain records, prepare demands and documents, maintain organized files, and support settlement development.
