Morgan & Morgan seeks a Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney in Richmond, VA to litigate motor vehicle liability cases for plaintiffs. Responsibilities include drafting and filing pleadings, conducting discovery, working with experts, preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, and guiding clients through the litigation process. Requires VA bar membership and strong advocacy, writing, and client communication skills.

Build and run a law-firm GRC program end-to-end: design TPRM, own policy lifecycle, maintain enterprise risk register, lead Vanta control testing and remediation, design security awareness, serve as audit/due-diligence contact, and produce CIO-level reporting while coordinating with BC/DR and Privacy.
