The Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage a complex case-load of hearings, draft litigation documents, and guide clients through legal processes.

Handle a heavy caseload of premises liability and personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial. Draft pleadings, manage discovery, guide clients, work with experts, and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Provide pre-trial, trial, and post-trial paralegal support in workers' compensation and injury matters: prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, e-file court documents, conduct legal research and investigations, organize exhibits and trial binders, coordinate depositions, communicate with clients and courts, and perform case administrative tasks.
