The role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement and operational execution.

Build and operate Numeral’s platform services, public API, MCP server, ERP and billing integrations, infrastructure, data pipelines, and developer interfaces. Own projects from technical design through production, improve observability and reliability, automate deployment workflows, and support scalable background jobs and APIs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams while applying distributed-systems principles and maintaining accurate, dependable financial-data workflows.

Own projects from scoping through deployment, instrument workflows, define success metrics, run experiments, and use data and customer feedback to measure and improve business outcomes.

Own complex Tier 2 customer support cases involving sales tax discrepancies, state notices, registrations, refunds, integrations, and API issues. Research authoritative tax sources, reconcile data, communicate clearly with customers, document solutions, reproduce product issues, and partner with Engineering on fixes. Support team knowledge-sharing and process improvement. Candidates need either 2+ years of sales or indirect tax experience or 5+ years in complex customer-facing support or technical roles, plus SaaS support experience, research skills, strong written English, and SQL or similar query-tool familiarity.

Owns events from concept and account targeting through sponsorships, logistics, on-site execution, Salesforce documentation, and sales follow-up. The role focuses on generating pipeline and revenue, optimizing event strategy, creating outreach, managing vendors and budgets, reporting outcomes, and building scalable event systems. It partners closely with sales, partnerships, and growth leadership across dinners, trade shows, and FinTech conferences.

Build production software while working directly with customers on technical implementations, onboarding, debugging, integrations, and workflow automation. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable product features. Own engineering projects from requirements through deployment, improve APIs and developer tooling, and serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers.
