Manage the end-to-end success of education and enrichment partner accounts, including onboarding, program design, renewals, retention, and account growth. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve operational issues, support providers, conduct business reviews, and provide on-site assistance. Collaborate with Sales, Talent, and Operations while sharing partner insights to improve platform usage and customer success processes.

Own the accounting function including monthly close, financial statements, reconciliations, AP/AR, and tax coordination. Support revenue operations, commission administration, CRM and reporting, and improve workflows and automations across QuickBooks, HubSpot, Tipalti, Upflow, and Stripe.
